Definition:  A rotating tool specifically designed as an accessory for a sewer cleaning machine. It is a continuous, rigid, circular band with teeth on the front and back edges, is center mounted on a shank/shaft, forming a peripheral shaped cutter-shredder. The rotating shaft/shank also has teeth that work as a pull back to accommodate the removal of roots and solid debris that has been cut. Must be rotated by power equipment.
