Definition:  An integrated system of computer hardware, firmware, and software used by trained operators and tactical decision-makers to process and disseminate tactical data. It is specifically designed for mobile Command, Control, and Communication and Intelligence (C3) functions to support mission assessment, planning execution with tactical displays, integrated information management systems, and tactical communication decision and planning aids. Can be used with Tactical Airspace Integration System in A2C2 (Army Airspace Command and Control) planning and execution as part of the Tactical Command Center Architecture. Can also serve as an Airspace Information Center for managing and preplanning comprehensive en-route airway structure and disseminating critical flight data affecting operations within Army airspace.
